Despite jumping in and out of regular pool time,not racing since December 3rd and zero long course training sessions….The coaches could not be prouder of the swimmers,you are all awesome,you are raising the bar higher than it’s been before,we are being tough & patient when things might not go the way we want and we continue to smash our skills…nearly every swimmer produced best times today,there was over 50 of us!…some of the swims were truly amazing and have shown you what you are capable of….
This is just the beginning,we push on again for Sheffield and the Easter Meet.
